For over 20 years, ICOMM has managed our clients’ telecommunications and WAN environments and helped them make smart technology choices. Our roots are in the telecommunications consulting world, and that remains a primary focus of our business today. ICOMM’s oldest consulting client relationship has lasted more than twenty continuous years. As a result, we bring to TEM the telephony knowledge, “big picture” awareness and ethical standards inherent in our consulting practice.

ICOMM Consulting was founded in 1993 as the successor to I-Comm Corp., which was originally founded in 1987.  ICOMM Consulting has grown from a two-person firm to its current size of over 30 full-time staff members by creating long-term relationships with our clients. We began to formalize and expand our TEM work in 2000, at the request of existing clients who were coming under increasing pressures to cut costs. Since then, our TEM services have grown from an adjunct to larger client engagements to a full-featured service offering.

From our inception 20 years ago, one of our major values to our clients has been helping them save money – whether it was in the purchase and implementation of a PBX or the negotiation of a multi-million dollar carrier contract.
